- Will this guarantee me leads?
- No — and be wary of anyone who says yes. What we do is make your business easier to understand, easier to trust, and track enquiries through your profile so you can see what happened.
- Will this make ChatGPT recommend my business?
- No one can control that. We make your business details clearer, structured and verifiable so AI tools and search engines have accurate information to read.
- Why not just use my website?
- Keep your website. Credentials AI adds a structured, AI-readable profile, ABN/business-registration trust wording with source/date where available, and enquiry tracking that most websites don't provide out of the box.
- What does 'ABN Verified' actually mean?
- It means our system performs an automated check of the business ABN and available details against Australian Business Register data using ABR API access issued for Credentials AI, then publishes the source, status and checked date. Credentials AI is independent: a badge is not a government endorsement and is not a licence, insurance, quality or general-compliance guarantee.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can fill in a form, you're good. Create your Free Listing in minutes — no sign-up wall.
- Is my listing included?
- Yes. Creating your Free Listing puts you on the Credentials AI directory automatically — there’s no separate listing step. Upgrade to Bullseye Listing for listing controls, or Bullseye Workbench for the full dashboard and enquiry tools.
- What if I already have Google Business Profile?
- Great — keep it. Google helps discovery. Credentials AI adds the checked business-detail, AI-readable layer and enquiry proof reporting so you can measure this channel directly.
- Is the paid page worth it?
- That depends on what you need. Bullseye Listing is A$20/month or A$5/week for listing controls and upgrades. Bullseye Workbench is A$49/month or A$12.90/week for the full dashboard, enquiry tracking, QR and embeddable badge tools. There is no lead guarantee; cancel future renewals anytime.
