Terms of Service
Version 3.0 · Policy ID terms-2026-08-28.v3 · Effective date: 28 August 2026 · Last updated: 28 August 2026
Credentials AI is operated by Beastly Tech GC Pty Ltd (ABN 52 699 330 553), trading as Erosium (we, us or our).
1. When these Terms apply
You agree to these Terms when you create a Free Listing, claim or manage a directory listing, submit information or content, use an account or dashboard, or purchase a paid subscription. Merely being represented in an unclaimed listing created from public-register data does not make you our customer and does not, by itself, create a contract or acceptance of these Terms.
If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to claim and manage its listing, submit and publish its information, purchase a subscription and accept these Terms for it. You must not claim a listing or represent a business without that authority.
2. The directory and product ladder
Credentials AI currently offers:
- Public directory listing — a limited, unclaimed listing created from Australian Business Register (ABR) public data.
- Free Listing — a claimed, owner-completed public business profile at no subscription charge.
- Bullseye Listing — the paid listing and lean control-room product, offered at A$5 per week or A$20 per month.
- Bullseye Workbench — the full paid dashboard and workbench product, offered at A$12.90 per week or A$49 per month.
Some existing customers, earlier links and compatibility checkout or account records may use a legacy plan name or identifier for the full paid offering. This compatibility path does not create a separate fourth product rung. The product, price and billing interval presented at checkout apply, and an existing subscription continues until changed, cancelled or replaced in accordance with its terms and applicable law.
Features can include a machine-readable public profile, available business-detail checks, enquiry and source tracking, dashboard records, QR-ready links and product-specific controls. The checkout page states the product, billing interval and price that apply to a purchase.
3. Public ABR-sourced listings
We create unclaimed listings from the ABN Lookup Bulk Extract supplied by the Australian Business Register and attributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia licence (CC BY 3.0 AU). Source fields may include a business or entity name, ABN, ABN status, state, postcode, GST registration and relevant dates.
Unclaimed listings are public and may be included in our directory, sitemap and machine-readable outputs. They are labelled as unclaimed, cannot receive private enquiries through Credentials AI and do not imply participation, approval or endorsement by the listed business.
An authorised representative may claim a listing using the available claim process. If a listing is inaccurate, wrongly claimed, unauthorised or should be suppressed, email us with the listing URL, requested outcome and evidence of identity or authority. We will assess correction, ownership-dispute, unpublishing and removal requests reasonably. If source data is corrected or withdrawn, we may update, suppress or remove our copy as required.
4. Public profiles, content and indexing
Public listing information is published at a public URL. Eligible pages may be crawled, indexed, cached, quoted or otherwise processed by search engines, AI systems, archives and other independent third parties. They may retain copies after we change or remove a page.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format, display, distribute and technically adapt that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and promote your Credentials AI listing and the Credentials AI service. The licence ends when the content is removed, except for lawful records, backups and third-party copies outside our control.
You warrant that submitted information is accurate and current, that you have the rights and authority needed to provide it, and that its use will not infringe another person's rights or breach law.
5. Bullseye and ABR check scope
Credentials AI's system checks the available business details against that official source. A displayed result is limited to the particular ABR or business detail, source, status and checked date stated on the page.
Credentials AI is independent of government. Bullseye, an ABR check, badge or trust statement is not government endorsement or a recommendation, and does not prove licensing, insurance, qualifications, work quality, safety, honesty, solvency or general legal compliance unless the specific page expressly states that a particular matter was checked.
We do not guarantee search-engine or AI indexing, rankings, recommendations, discovery, enquiries, leads, quotes, revenue, sales or any other commercial outcome. Tracking and attribution are provided in good faith but may not capture every interaction perfectly.
6. Enquiries and your responsibilities
A visitor who submits an enquiry through a claimed eligible profile is asking the profiled business to contact them. We may store, attribute and deliver the enquiry to the owner or authorised representative. Credentials AI is not a party to any resulting quote, contract or service.
You must:
- keep account credentials secure and information accurate;
- use enquiries lawfully and only for appropriate follow-up;
- comply with privacy, spam, consumer and industry laws;
- not publish deceptive, fraudulent, harmful or unlawful material;
- not interfere with or misuse the service.
7. Prices, recurring billing and automatic renewal
Bullseye Listing costs A$5 per week or A$20 per month. Bullseye Workbench costs A$12.90 per week or A$49 per month. Prices are in Australian dollars. GST treatment is shown at checkout or on a tax invoice where required.
Each paid plan is a recurring subscription billed in advance through Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorise Stripe to charge the selected amount at the selected weekly or monthly interval until the subscription is cancelled. The subscription renews automatically at each billing interval unless cancelled before the next charge.
Stripe processes card and payment details; we generally do not receive your full card number. Failed or overdue payment can cause retries, restricted paid features, suspension or downgrade after reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Cancellation, plan changes and paid-through access
You can cancel future renewals at any time from the authenticated dashboard: open Billing, choose Manage billing / cancel plan, and complete the Stripe billing-portal flow. You may also contact us for help. Cancellation is effective for future renewals and should be completed before the next billing date.
Unless a refund or legal remedy requires otherwise, paid features stay available until the end of the period already paid for, then the profile downgrades to the applicable unpaid state. Cancelling is not, by itself, a refund request. Plan changes take effect as shown in the billing flow or separately agreed with you; we will not silently move you to a more expensive plan.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
We do not offer an automatic change-of-mind refund merely because a billing period began or the service was not used. We may approve a discretionary refund, and refunds or other remedies will be provided where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, downgrade or remove a listing, account or paid feature where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security, fraud, legal compliance, abuse, an ownership dispute or material breach. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue. Urgent protective action may be taken immediately.
Suspension or termination for breach does not automatically create a refund entitlement, but it does not remove non-excludable legal rights.
11. Availability and liability
We use reasonable care and skill but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to non-excludable rights, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from the service or independent third-party systems.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied, as permitted by law.
12. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may improve or change features and update these Terms. The current version and policy ID will appear here. For a material adverse change to a paid subscription, including a price increase, we will give reasonable advance notice and a fair opportunity to cancel future renewals before it takes effect. Changes do not remove accrued rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not prevent a party from using another forum or right available under a mandatory consumer or other applicable law.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
